What Causes Dryness And White Spots On Penis After Having Unsafe Sex?
Hi.i had unprotected sex with my wife 3 days ago and now my penis has become dry and white small dot dot things are on my penis.i used coconut oil but there is no improvement.while sex me n wife genetial area were dry and i m sure that because of friction our skin got ruptured slightly.plz suggest me any cream.

From you history it seems quite likely that your wife has dryness and it would have led to friction during intercourse.i suggest to use lubricant jelly available in market for smooth penetration.White small spot may me fungal infection of glans.you may use antifungal cream and also treat your wife with the same.please get your blood sugar tested as glans infection is common in diabetics.
