What Causes Dryness At The Tip Of The Nose?

hi i am 58 years old & the last 6 months i have continually having dry & alittle sore to touch dry skin right on the tip of my nose, i have tried various creams to keep it moist but nothing seems to work it just comes back any suggestions. i havent been to a skin specialist yet regards david

Dry skin over tip of nose may be because of allergy of soaps or cosmetic cream.

Any skin disease like eczema or psoriasis may cause peeling of skin with dryness.
stress may aggravate skin disease.

Sunburn may cause skin dryness.
Aloe Vera can apply over sun burn area.

Medicine like acne cream contain retinod may cause dry skin.

Infection of fungus or bacterial may cause dry skin of nose.
Drink more water and avoid dehydration.
