Hi..
Thanks for the query..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your complain and presentation of symptoms if there are no gastric issues and after repeated spitting there is blood in the spit that increases with progressive spitting then the most probable cause is
Gum infection causing inflammation of gums and even slight irritation leads to bleeding from the gums and as you spit continuously there is increase in concentration of blood in your spit..
If you keep on spitting then loosing saliva that is responsible for keeping mouth wet will lead to
dry mouth..
While if the dryness in mouth is persistent symptom than it needs to be evaluated as a few common causes like
allergic reaction to certain medicines,
stress, yeast infection like thrush,
salivary gland disorders,
mouth breathing etc can cause dry mouth.
As the mouth will be dry there will be more infection in teeth and gums, due to reduced
flushing action of saliva and dryness of gums will cause irritation and initiate bleeding..
So I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and for gum infection Scaling followed by a short course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory painkillers and topical gum paint application will relieve..
For dry mouth you can chew sugar free chewing gums and drink plenty of water as well as avoid frequent spitting..
If any disorder causing dry mouth will be detected it will be treated accordingly..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
