What Causes Dryness In The Skin After Using Melacare Cream?

Hi.. I used melacare creme for 3-4 days. I used to apply it in the night and wash it off in the morning. After few days, my skin became rough and dry. dry skin is peeling out. Now i have irritation and the places where i had acne has grown into some sort of scar. I have irritation and itching. What are the remedies ?

Advise
1.     Stop using Melacare cream
2.     Do not rub or scratch your skin
3.     Apply Elovera cream thrice daily for one month
4.     Apply sunscreen before exposure to sunlight as Melacare makes your skin sensitive to sunlight.
5.     Wash your face with oil-based face wash
