Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of dryness in the throat and under the tongue which seems to be due to bacterial infection which can affect any of soft tissues inside your mouth and it could be due to respiratory tract infection, canker sores, and cuts from sharp foods. I would suggest you to
- Maintain complete oral hygiene by brushing and flossing. - Do rinses with antiseptic mouthwash such as colgate proxy. - Drink plenty of fluids. - Take diet rich in vitamin C and multivitamins. - Suck on sugar free candy. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit oral physician once and get it examined and go for thorough examination and start treatment accordingly.
