What Causes Dull Ache Above Breast When Having GERD?

Hi, I'm 20 years old,and I've been having a constant dull ache above my left breast for a while now. I'm overweight and I have no stress in my life. I have GERD but this pain is totally different then heartburn pain. Its constant never seems to go away.

Hello,

This seems in relation to costochondral or rib cartilage, ligament related issue in form of any underlying inflammation or stretch, sprain, etc., and not related to GERD. Needs physical examination, chest x-ray, and ultrasound of the local part as primary need of evaluation.
