What Causes Dull Ache In Left Testicle?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have been having some pain in my left testicle.It is just an dull aching pain but nothing is sore to the touch.I have noticed that it seems to ache more after i stretch.should i be concerned

Hello,
It is likely to be muscle stretch. However other possible causes are infection, stone, varicocele and rarely tumour. Try using tight undergarment. If still the problem persists, do ultrasound scrotum.
