What Causes Dull Ache Right Above The Waist On The Right Side?
I have a severe dull ache right above my waist on my right side. I have made an appt for tomorrow but what can I do in the meantime. I was put on Metronidazole 500 MG last week for severe diarrhea. Can I take any over the counter pain pills. I am also nauseated

Hello,
I suggest you use over the counter anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen three times a day. It does not interfere with the use of Metronidazole. You can also use anti-inflammatory cream such as Voltaren cream.
