I went through your details. If you feel acidity and gastric and digestion problem, the pain could be attributed to it. When you have this gastric problems, the gas present in your stomach area pushes the diaphragm upwards. Your chest cavity is already packed and has enough space for breathing movements of your lungs. This gas further pressurizes the chest cavity and you will feel that pressure as tightness or pain. You should consult a physician to rule out organic causes. Take care.
