What Causes Dull Pain In Buttocks And Inner Thigh Radiating Towards Vagina?
hi suffering from a dull ache pain. had this paid for over a week now. site of pain is difficult to explain, but here goes: left side, under buttock, inner thigh heading towards vagina area. pain appears to be worsening and is especially painful when bending down to reach something from the floor. area and site not inflamed or tender to touch. please help.

Your signs and symptoms suggest it's a nerve pain probably due to nerve pressure due to lumber spondylitis. The pain would go with pain pill like Ibuprofen over the counter. But it's essential to find it's basic cause. Please get X-ray of lumber spine done for confirmation and specific management in consultation of an orthopedic surgeon.
