General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your description, it looks you have radiating pain. First of all, it may have various reasons. Either nerve compression or long time sitting habits cause it.

You can take tablet ibuprofen for quick relief but have followed up by a nearby physician and have a complete diagnosis.

Try some physiotherapy exercise also for relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirav Nimavat,
