What Causes Dull Pain In The Abdomen And Lower Back Pain?
For the past month or so I have had a dull pain in my abdomain. I do not have any vaginal discharge bleeding not constipated. Only orher system is lower back pain at night. Going for ultra sound on 2 days. So scared and worry it could be serious.

You better do a urine analysis and a vaginal smear because urinary tract infection or vaginal infection can course low abdominal pain.
