What Causes Dull Pain In The Lower Abdominal Area?
i have a lower right side lower pain. its getting better by the day.. dealt with this for 1 week today. when i stand sometimes it hurts a bit. when i press on it it feels like a dull pain. my bowel movements are there but not like they are used to. my doctor said if pain gets worse go to the e.r. its not getting worse but still there. what can it be?

It can be due to non-serious worm infestation to serious pathology. It needs to be investigated.
Advice
1. Albendazole 400 mg daily per oral in an empty stomach in the morning for 3 days
2. Investigation
1. Ultrasound whole abdomen
2. Blood sugar (F & PP)
