What Causes Dull Pain In The Lower Abdominal Area?
I feel like I have gas, there s a dull pain in my lower abdomen. My testicles are swollen and very tender. Almost too painful to walk. I ve tried everything from a warm bath, baking soda and water for the gas to a enema. Its been three days and no improvement.

Did you had any injury to testicles???
If not than better get checked by General Surgeon / Urologist so that theycan give you appropriate treatment for Swelling in scrotum. It may be hydrocoele or may be due to some other cause.
