General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a pulled muscle.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

I also suggest using cold compresses at the area of pain.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
