What Causes Dull Pain In The Testicles And Abdomen?
I am 18 and have had a dull pain in my testicles and abdomen for about 4 days now. The pain appears to move to my abdomen when I m sitting or laying where it s in my testicles when standing. My doctor suspected epididymis and prescribed antibiotics but I was skeptical because I have no other symptoms besides the dull pain. What could this be?

Your doctor may be very right, and I personally understand you should comply with his advice. This looks like an infection. It's not necessary to have a full package of symptoms of a disease. So you may have no more symptoms but still, it may be epididymitis.
