Hi I have had a dull ache fella like in the home area next to my vagina had it for two years had laprascopy had emdemitrotis an fibroids removed but the pain is still the same living on tramadol at the moment dull throb everyday an pain in top of my thigh the pain is literally to the right of my clitoris on the bone going to see gynaecologist again please help get rid off this pain

Your pain might be because of inflammation of local area and you can take NSAIDS. Try not to take tramadol on n regular basis.
