What Causes Dull Pain On Testicles And Pinching Pain In Penis?

I have a dull pain on my testicles and a pinching pain in penis once in a while . I have pain in my leg and lower back and when I urinate it sometimes hurts at the tip I have been taking a steroid for my lower back spasm and I have no discharge or pain when I ejaculate .

you may be having infection of urinary bladder that is called cystitis.You may be having a urinary bladder stone.As you are taking steroids,so chances of urine infection increase maniyfold.You are advised to go for a scan of your abdomen to rule out any urinary calculus as well as routine examination of urine to rule out any infection.
