What Causes Dull Pain Underneath Breasts?

i have a dull pain underneath my breasts which is coming in waves and feels like a band tighting , no other symptons thou i have been have physio for acute tissue damage in right back and shoulder giving me pain in elbow and shoulder for the last 5 months
