What Causes Dull Pelvic Pain After Fetal Death?

ive just had a miscarage where the baby was still inside me and had to go to hospital and take tablets to see if i could pass it. i never passed the baby so they said maybe i already had at home and have to go back in 2 weeks to tke a pregnancy test but ive started gettig a dull pain in the top inside of my leg every few minuites

Understand your concern
Two causes of bleeding and pelvic pain after the miscarriage.
1. Retain product of pregnancy: Some time some part are fails to remove from uterus during natural process of miscarriage. It should be diagnose by USG scan. If it will there should be treated by misoprostol or D & C.

2. Infections: pelvic and vaginal infection may cause bleeding and pain. Should be diagnosed by Swab test, cell culture , pelvic/vaginal examination and CBC. Treatment is antibiotic course and maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
