What Causes Dull Throbbing Headaches While Suffering With Acute Sinusitis?
I have a dull throbbing pain in my head and have had it for about two weeks. I recently had acute sinusitis and the doctor said this was a cluster head ache? It is predominately on the left lobe above my ear on top of my head? My vision is fine but I can t seem to get the pain to stop even with Excedrin?

I really appreciate your concern, sinusitis could be the reason I would suggest to have Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day, if this fails to work then better to get done the MRI or CT head hope this information helps.
