44 year-old male with headaches occurring 1-2x per week, always at night between 1:00am-3:00am, always at the top and back of head although sometimes the pain extends into temples. Dull, throbbing pain. No sensitivity to light, sound, etc. or nausea. The symptoms seem to match those described with hypnic headaches but aren t I somewhat young for that?
