What Causes Dysphagia Along With Severe Stomach Ache And Weight Loss?

Hello, when I was 15 I was extremely stressed and was diagnosed with gastritis. The doctors were unsure of the cause they did a endoscopy and didn’t see anything in my stomach but thought there possibly could have been ulcers. They put me on protonix and after a while I felt better. It has been 2-3 years since I stopped taking the protonix and I always felt fine until about a month ago. I am back to not being able to eat, feeling like food is coming back up my throat and excruciating stomach pains. I am an 18 year old girl and not able to hang out with my friends because I feel sick all the time. I have lost a lot of weight I am 5’4 and 108 pounds. Please if you have any tips or can help me or know what this is or what to do let me know, thank you.

* As per my clinical judgment, it is the secondary intestine problem from primary systemic issue which can be hormone alteration with thyroid or else.
* In our clinic, I recommend to undergo extensive evaluation with lab series and ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis with or without CT scan to proceed for the final diagnostic pathway.
