What Causes Excessive Weight Loss Along With Stomach Ache?
I have been loosing dram iv weight... Like 10 pounds in 4 days because I can t eat I m so nautious I m also experiencing stomach pains and have had trouble keeping in my urine. I went to er last night where they tested my pee and blood and I have no infections but now I have noticed vaginal bleeding when I cough... Is this normal??
Your symptoms make me think of the following: 1) Peptic ulcer disease 2) Gastroesophageal reflux disease 3) Acute cholecystitis 4) Pregnancy 5) Gastric tumors
Vaginal bleeding when you cough may be normal when you have menstrual periods but not otherwise. You need to undergo various investigations like the following: 1) Urine pregnancy test 2) Endoscopy if necessary 3) Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
Please do consult a physician and discuss the above mentioned issues. For the time being, my suggestions are as follows: 1) Take tab. Rabeprazole once daily before food. 2)Tab. Ondansetron twice daily.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
