General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Frequency and painful urination is suggestive of acute urinary tract infection. Your routine urine microscopic examination should be done. If it shows pus cells and bacteria than urine culture and sensitivity done. Until culture report comes, empirical antibiotic can be given if urine shows pus cells. Drink more water and fruit juices. Avoid excess spicy foods. Cranberry juice extract tablet will be beneficial. As per USG you are having endometrial hyperplasia like condition for that curretage can be done and send for histopathology examination. Consult gynecologist for examination and further work up accordingly.

Hope your concern is solved. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
