Hello,
I can understand your concern. It seems that you are facing more than once disorders at a time that may or may not be related to each other.
Firstly, the ear ache might be related t pain in the mouth as tooth infections often cause pain in ear as
referred pain. Vigorous toothbrushing can cause bleeding in gums or ulcer on the gum but it cannot make a tooth to start paining. Thus, I would advise you to visit a
dentist for clinical examination regarding presence of any decayed tooth. If infection is present in the tooth,
root canal treatment or extraction of that particular tooth might be required depending on the extent of the decay. In wisdom molar is causing pain, then its extraction is advised. If ear pain persists,
ENT specialist should be consulted.
Secondly, the
sore throat and hoarseness of voice might be due to presence of tonsilitis or
throat infection. You can start taking
Azithromycin 500 mg (Azee 500) once a day for 3 days. Warm salt water gargles will help in the throat pain. However, if the throat pain is not relieved, you should consult an ENT specialist for clinical examination and further investigations and treatment.
Lastly, the heartburn seems like a totally different problem unrelated to previous two. You can take antacid such as Ranitidine 150 mg or 300 mg to control the heartburn.
I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon.
Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
