my hearing loss started right before Thanksgiving left ear just started out like I was getting ear infection but did not get full infection or a cold then about 2 days later I lost hearing in right ear. I went to ENT for past few months all they told me to do was use saline and nose spray. I can hear alittle bit better in left ear but, he said no fluid in either ear and that my ear drums are not working. He did not say why he thought it happened and just said I will need hearing aids. I am only 47 yrs old and it just happened there was no trauma or anything else so not sure what to do?
