What Causes Ear Pain Along With Swollen Tonsil And Dizziness?

Is there a medical condition that has the symptoms ear drain/ache (2 weeks ago) with swollen tonsil (left era & left tonsil). Dental crown fell off left rear last week. Dizziness/vertigo began Sunday and another crown came out Tonight Wednesday. Last dental visit 6 months ago. Breast cancer survivor 7 years.

If I were your treating doctor I would treat your problem as upper respiratory tract infection. I would prescribe you a course of penicillin group of antibiotics for a week like Amoxicillin with Clavulinic acid. I will certainly review after a week
