Hello and welcome to HCM, Ear pain, itching and pressure in ear could be due to infection probably a fungal infection in the ear. The cramping of left leg, eye pain and chest discomfort do not appear to be associated with ear symptoms. These symptoms could be due to separate disease process. I suggest you to first consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment of the ear to look for evidence of infection. Eye pain can occur due to infection, refractive errors, inflammation etc thus eye examination by an ophthalmologist is also required. Leg cramps can be due to musculoskeletal disorders, thus clinical assessment of the leg is required to find out the cause. Chest discomfort can occur due to musculoskeletal disorder, disorder of respiratory system or cardiovascular system. Thus a chest examination by a physician is required.
