My son age is 3 years & 7 months, from last night he said that he feel pain in his right ear, some times he said that pain is in right side whole position pain, some time he said that hr feel pain at his teeth. His right side face is little bit high temperature. Now his bony temperature is 101 degree. What should I do? Where I should i go dentist or ENT specialist?

He can be advised a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, do saline nasal irrigation, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room.. You can also be advised decongestant nasal sprays and antibiotic and analgesic ear drops.. Avoid spicy and chilled foods.. Do warm compresses around nostrils..
