firstly i would recomment you to get an MRI brain to rule out any mass or tumour please specify if headache involve half of your head or full head any relieving factors or provoking factors?as observed by you do you feel any numbness,disturbance in vision,taste ,abnormal smells before or during attacks what medicines are you taking and from how long emesis a feeling of nausea and vomiting can be due to headaches any episodes of giddiness ?? any difficulty in hearing?? age? sex? your anxiety level sleep cycle how much do you sleep? family history of any one having same problems please be more specific as a diagnosis can be reached by considering all factors thank you
