What Causes Early And Light Menstruation Along With Tiredness And Nausea?

I'm feeling extremely tired the past few weeks, nausea on and off, vomiting at times, the past few days I can cry over anything. Last week I was experiencing dizzy feelings and almost passed out. I've been trying to conceive. My period came four days early and was extremely light compared to normal and only lasted two days compared to my normal 4-5.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
The light period lasting only 1-2 days cannot be your normal menstruation period. It could be implantation bleeding as you are trying to concieve. Implantation bleeding occurs approximately a week earlier than a normal period & bleeding is pinkish & very less in quantity as compared to a period. If it was implantation bleeding then you would have positive pregnancy test.
Other reason of light bleeding may be bleeding from cervix, uterus etc. Cervix bleeding can occurs after sexual intercourse due to vaginal dryness & could also occur due to some cervix abnormality. Uterine fibroids can also cause abnormal bleeding.

All togethar you are advised a pregnancy test.

Refer to gynaecologist, if bleeding reoccurs
