What Causes Early Menstruation?

hello doctor, I got my periods on the 11th day after my previous periods. pls let me know what might be the reason as I am disturbed a bit. My period date is 21st, though it is not very regular...it gets postponed about 3-15 days everytime. this is the first time i got it preponed. pls advice.

Hi,
Since you have irregular periods for few months I suggest you visit a gynecologist for clinical examination and get blood tests including hemoglobin,thyroid test and ultrasound scan to rule out polycystic ovaries.
If you are over weight you have to reduce weight to regularize your periods.
