Hello,
You have elevated level of
luteinizing hormone (LH). You are having
early miscarriage. Elevated levels of LH, often causes infertility or early miscarriage. Though there are other reasons for miscarriage like genetic issues, long term health problems like
uncontrolled diabetes, heart disease,
thyroid dysfunction, etc.
Infections like chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis,
excessive weight gain, weakened cervix, smoking, alcohol, etc., may also trigger miscarriage. You are suggested to maintain healthy weight, take balanced home made food, avoid Chinese food, soy sauce, etc. To reduce LH level naturally do regular walking and exercises, take food rich in omega 3 fatty acids, manage your insulin levels and insulin sensitivity.
Taking Inositol supplements may be helpful. Get clinically examined by a gynae. Stay away from stress and anxiety. Avoid addictions if any. You are advised to get repeat LH level every 50 days to check improvement. Get a complete health examination with tests and investigations done to detect pathology that are causing you symptoms, get treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
