Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If it is 8 days early then nothing to worry at all. Usually, there is no fixed time for ovulation. But, after 14 days of ovulation, you will start your periods.

So, this cycle you might have ovulated soon, so it has started early. Sometimes, cramps will be there in every woman and she needs to bear the pain.

If it is so severe then you take any antispasmodic like cyclopam, meftal spas. But try avoiding drugs for pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
