What Causes Easy Bruising On The Arms?

Yes thank you, EASY Bruising on Top of arms only, a med touch can cause a bright red, and spreads out from a very small round ?? Takes about week to dissipate Possible home cures,? Hot water? Pressure 5 minutes? right or wrong I ll try any thing I am to young for this? Oh also top of skin just tears diamond shape {slip on arm fabric of a sofa, that one long top tear]? Thank you God Bless
