General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you have heard to songs too loud through earphones than you can have hearing problems, hearing loss, ringing in the ears or tinnitus.

Quit using earphones. Visit ER, or ENT specialist; get examined physically. Get audiometry test done.

Sometimes, it can also be due to some ear injury, Age-related hearing problem or some circulatory disorder. Get evaluated, get treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
