hi... i saw a 28year old lady yesterday on her 12th post partum (vaginal delivered at hospital) day presented to Emergency with complaint of severe headache for 2 days and sudden loss of vision for 3hours. she was conscious and had bipedal edema with BP 170/ 120, rest of the exam normal. no seizures yet.... i am thinking of impending eclampsia.... how much will she take to get her vision? what else could be the cause?what should be done?
