What Causes Ectopic Heartbeats Upon Change In Posture?
Can posture induce ectopic heartbeats? I tend to notice them most when bending forward and often happened while masturbating leaning a little forward on my knees. Also while at work I was lifting something heavy and as I was bending forward to put it down i noticed one right away and then another 5-9 in a matter of 30 seconds or so. I m 22 with no risk factors and echo, ekg, holter, stress test was fine but were 4 years ago. Is this a need to worry?

Regarding your concern, I would explain that those changes in the heart rate could be explained by the difference in venous pressure during bending over.
So, there is nothing to be concerned of.
It is quite normal to have some ectopic heart beats while masturbating too.
As all your performed tests have resulted normal, you have nothing to worry about!
