What Causes Eczema And Red Itches In The Abdomen?

I get a small red itchy patch on lower abdomen after shaving...usually worst after 2 - 4 days. Tried Tend skin and moisturizers and witches hazel on different occasions, but doesn't really work. Any advice? Also eczema especially on a few fingers, not crazy about always using steriod creams. Do try to moisturize. Any suggestions?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having ecxematous dermatitis on abdomen, precipitated after shaving.
Apply triple action cream locally.
Go for proper treatment for exzema.
Ok and take care.
