What Causes Eisophagitis, Constant Sore Throat And Back Flow Cough?
Hi, I suffer from eisophagitis, , constant sore throat, back flow cough at night, I am on omeprazole 20mg, and loratadine 10mg daily at night, condition seems to persist, (have had endoscopy, and throat scope, conditions termed as gerd grade B, and antral gastritis, and rhinitis) Any advice or future procedure? Thank you

i appreciate your health concerns.
There is need to increase the dose of Omeprazole to 40mg. Continue with loratidine and you may require antibiotics as well.
Follow up endoscopy should be done to exclude barret esophagus
