What Causes Electric Shock Feeling And Fluid Rush In The Head?

I fell out of my tub a year ago hit the back of my head on toilet and experiencing fluid rush back of the head where it was injured and head aches recently and alot of pressure on head and electric shock feeling when i felt the fluid rushing back of my head.

I understand your concern.
I think that your problems may be caused by an occipital neuralgia. It is a common disorder from irritation of the occipital nerve during the trauma. It is typically located on the back of the head.
I would recommend to start on Indomethacine twice per day for 10 days if you don't have any contraindications to this drug.
Another effective drug would be an antidepressant like amytripline or a seizure drug like gabapentine.
These drugs are effective in neuralgias.
