What Causes Electric Shock Like Feeling And Numbness In The Foot?
I am having an electric shock like feeling infrequently in my right foot since yesterday. Sometimes on the bow and then in the heel. A little tingle like numbness as well. Experiencing as well headache on top left side of head and then seemingly a switch to the right top of head, both are the area of the ears; again, on the top of the head. No tight things about the head ever.

It is due to neuropathic causes like peripheral neuropathy.
If symptoms persists better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
