Hi. I am constantly being woken at night as I am falling to sleep, with, feels lik electric shock in my chest. I also get it in my head. I can also hear cracking noise in chest and head when it happens. At times can never get to fully asleep because of it, as I it constantly joltes me awake ???

Get a EEG / POLYSOMNOGRAPHY done ... and discuss the reports
