What Causes Elevated ASO Levels Despite Taking Medication?

Hello In Feb., my ASO level was 280 which was higher than normal. I took a treatment at Feb start (augmentin 1g for two weeks+ ospen1000 for one month). In the first week of June, ASO test result was 608. Is it a reinfection with bacteria or what is the interpretation? Regards
