What Causes Elevated BP And Tingling Sensation On The Face?

I have high blood pressure and tonight my blood pressure was as high as 194/111 my face feels like a little tingling. have had a little tightness in chess also pressure under armpit and back shoulder blade. I take a beta blocker 50mg twice daily. My blood pressure was high 194/111 after about 2 hours after taking my medication. What could be happening Thank You Will

Reading of 194/111 blood pressure is sort of medical urgency and treatment should be sought within 24 hour as untreated high blood pressure can cause serious complications. The numbness over the face is most likely due to high blood pressure. Regarding the cause of blood pressure there are many and I think you need to get investigated for same.
