You have two separate concerns here. One is
high blood pressure and other one is your concern of back pain.
You did not mention about taking any medication for your high blood pressure. How was it diagnosed and you are suffering from high blood pressure for how long. Please If I would be your treating physician, I am going to prescribe
blood pressure medication such as ACE Inhibitors(
Lisinopril) to you as this is prescription medication, therefore, you suppose to consult your physician for that. Also, I need you to modify and change your life style and diet. Please try to avoid excessive salt intake, do not drink alcohol and involve in 30 minutes daily physical activity(Exercise) and cut down your weight as this could cause bad impact on your back as well.
if you have consistent back pain over six months, see your doctor and get a CT scan or MRI. These tests will show signs of aging, but will not point to the source of the pain. For example, if you are 50 or over, an MRI will likely show degenerative
disc disease or
osteoarthritis, but more importantly, will screen you for more serious underlying causes as we have to be always on safe side and safety of patient is our first priority.
For your back pain, you could try any pain killer such as ibuprofen or
Acetaminophen and please avoid stress and involve in yoga and
relaxation techniques, It might help o some extent in your back pain. I think that I have cleared your all concern and I hope that this would help.
