Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can. ESR and CRP are signs of inflammation or infection in your body and it may be any type and palce of infection including intraabdominal ones. You should do tests to rule out pancreatitis and pancreas tumors since this may be underlyng cause of elevated crp and markers. So I suggest to do ERC and MRI scan of abdominal cavity. Then treatment can be planned. I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time. Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
