Hello

Elevated GGT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, viral markers, urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.

Elevated GGT may be due to raised triglyceride level in your case.

I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg tablet twice daily for three months. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.
You may also need fenofibrate(160 mg)one tablet at night after dinner. It will control elevated triglyceride level.
Avoid fatty and fried food.
Take lot of fibers in your diet.

Get well soon.
Take Care
