What Causes Elevated SGOT And SGPT Levels?

I female , 50 years old my SGOT and SGPT are elevated like twice the normal range. I do not smoke or drink alcohol, and my liver ultrasound shows fatty liver. my weight is 74kgand my height is 161cms I am hep,B and c. negative . I happen to know this while doing annual check up can you please help me on what is going on, thank you doctor

If there is no sign of viral hepatitis then it may be another type of liver damage due to alcohol,autoimmune hepatitis or bile duct obstruction. Extensive gastroenterologic work up should be done.
